I stumbled upon Bryn Holcombe whilst online, and visiting the area on business and I am so glad i did!
I stayed in the main suite, which i highly recommend, but the rest of Bryn Holcombe was beautiful. Lots of nice touches, friendly staff and a monster breakfast! Come here and you will not be disappointed! Many thanks... I will be coming back!

We booked four rooms at Bryn Holcombe for an overnight stay after a family get together. Talk about surprise and delight! What a great B&B, a warm welcome, a lovely house full of character and original Edwardian features, convenient location, beautifully decorated rooms and a first class breakfast cooked to a high standard with good quality ingredients. An added plus was the guests' lounge, which was not only beautifully decorated for Christmas but also had a roaring log fire. It made the perfect setting for our family Chritmas present swap. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable - the freestanding bath in room 7 was amazing, we will have to come again just to use it as we didn't have time this visit! For family reasons we are regular visitors to the area and will definitely return.
If this guest house is available then look no further. The whole package would be hard to beat. Lovely welcome, room superb with a spacious adjoining bathroom, all necessary essentials provided for, with good quality biscuits. A residents lounge too! Breakfast will be very difficult to beat, served by a dear local lady. Yes, very, very difficult to find a comparable guest house. A lovely atmosphere too. Thank you Eira.
We recently stayed for two nights in the double room, which was very clean, light and spacious. We only have 1 niggle - the shower pressure could have been better. Breakfast selection was great and Bryn Holcombe's decoration was superb, in keeping with the age of this characterful house. Yes, we would definitely return.
Only stayed for 1 night. 8 of us stayed as a group could not be more pleased.Will be returning very soon and that was the feeling for all 8 of us.
We had a lovely 3 nights stay very welcoming the room was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was very good to a high standard and filling and would satisfy you for the day.
We would definetly recommend this hotel to anybody. Close to all sights to be seen.
